Hi, I’m Alex - a Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer with over 14 years of training experience.

I’ve trained in gyms across South Africa, the UK, and America, gaining a deep understanding of different training styles and approaches. Over the years, I’ve developed a passion for helping people build lean muscle, improve their fitness, and feel more confident in and out of the gym.

I know exactly how overwhelming it can feel when you’re just starting out, trying to figure out correct form, which exercises work, how to use equipment properly, and what to eat. That confusion is what inspired me to become a coach.
