What to Expect When You Get in Touch
Once you submit an enquiry through the contact page, I’ll personally reach out via email to introduce myself and learn more about your goals.
If you’re happy to move forward, I’ll send over an informed consent form and a PAR-Q (just the legal bits to keep us both covered!).
Once those are completed and payment is received, we’ll schedule a consultation call. During this call, we’ll dive deeper into your goals, assess your current calorie intake and daily energy expenditure, and discuss any specific needs you might have.
With all that information, I’ll create a personalised training program tailored specifically to you, designed to help you reach your goals safely and effectively. Your program will be uploaded to the PT Distinction app, where we can easily track your progress, monitor your workouts, and stay in touch throughout your journey.
